Moonshot AI just dropped a official "Kimi K3 Playbook for High-Performance Models"
This one-page playbook extracts the 7 ideas that matter most.
Coding → Efficiency → Scale → Context → Parallelism → Agents → Openness
A high-performance model does not need to use all of its intelligence at once.
It needs to activate the right intelligence at the right moment.
That changes everything:
More capacity without proportional compute.
Longer context without rebuilding the entire state.
Higher throughput without forcing every task through one path.
Stronger agent workflows without frontier-level inference costs.
Kimi K3 is not interesting because it is simply bigger.
It is interesting because its architecture makes that size economically usable.
This document contains more practical signal about modern model design than most paid AI courses.

Ryan who left a $200K job to chase his dream, proves that building with AI and a little help from his girlfriend can actually pay off big time:
"I left my $200K job to build my own business. It took a few years, but with the help of AI and my girlfriend, we built an app that makes over $18K a month now."
"This is actually the first app we released. My girlfriend illustrated everything, and we added features that made it fun and personal."
"Most of our sales come from the lifetime plan. At the peak, we hit rank three for free productivity apps and rank 11 for all free apps in Taiwan."
Jeez, women really DO hate women huh.
Videos like this are exactly why I roll my eyes whenever I see women PRETEND to be nice to each other.
It's painful to watch when they're acting.
This is in fact their true nature.
For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

Sarah who built a $340K/month app in 60 days says: women are about to take over the app economy and men should prepare...
"Women are going to dominate this app space and men should prepare for that because women dominate distribution."
"The only thing that was standing in the way of women building the number one app on the App Store was the technical barrier, but now, with AI, that's gone."
"Majority of influencers are women. We know how to have community. The best product doesn't win; the best known one does."
I have cold DM'ED around 50 SAAS Founders who were doing $5k - $10k MRR.
I showed them how SEO can be a long term asset with just ranking on high buying intent keywords.
Almost all of them refused.
Why?
They just want to keep burning money on Paid Ads.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang met former Sega CEO Shoichiro Irimajiri and game designer Yu Suzuki in Tokyo to thank them for a $5 million investment in 1995 that saved Nvidia from bankruptcy after the company failed to deliver a chip Sega had ordered
@chenfang@Reuters Sega converted the $5M contract payment into Nvidia equity in 1996. They sold in 2000 for $15M (3x).
Jensen Huang said if held, that stake would likely be worth ~$1 trillion today — roughly 200,000x return.

Sarah built a $340K/month app in 60 days says: the unfair advantage of being a woman in SaaS is spotting the problems men would never think to build for...
"I saw the opportunity in SaaS and in the consumer app space. I saw the power of AI at the time as well and how easy it was to vibe code an MVP of a product."
"I also saw that there was a huge gap in the market where there were all these apps that weren't necessarily designed to solve female issues because they were designed by men."
"I don't think most men would have come up with this idea. And so I think that's actually the unfair advantage of being a woman in this space."

"I don't think most men would have come up with this idea. And so I think that's actually the unfair advantage of being a woman in this space."
"There's so many of these problems that we experience as women that we're like, I wish an app existed like this, but a man would never think to build an app like that."
"Women are going to dominate this app space and men should prepare for that, because women dominate distribution."
Kyan is a 21-year-old college student, who built an app making $25K/month on his first try without writing a single line of code himself...
"I used Cursor to build the entire project. It took me about a week to build everything."
"Every line of code was vibe coded. Not a single line of code has been written myself."
"You can ship a web app today and get someone to pay for your products by tonight if you ship on the internet. Don't spend hours picking a logo. Don't polish anything. Just build something, put it on the internet and charge money for it."
It took me just 6 months to go from 0 to 150K/month on my app.
November: 30K/month
January: 150K+/month
Here is what happened.
I kept telling myself that I was going to cross 100K/month mark by the end of the year.
By the time late November came and I still so far from my goal, I knew I needed a hail mary, so I tried paid ads
I remember going to @blakeandersonw's office to ask for advice, even he didn't think it was possible to break 100K in such a short time.
My meta and tiktok ads was barely even spending money and not doing much.
But after getting over the beginners hump and getting over the learning phase.
Little did I know over the last 5 months I had been accumulating some of the highest converting UGC videos, we ruthlessly cut any formats that didn't convert well.
ROAS in January was absolutely crazy, consistently 2-3X.
Set super high unrealistic goals
