2014 F150 that mice and critters ate the wiring harness had to have fixed back then. Bought a 23 Super duty thinking they fixed the problem with soybean coated wires well in the shop and told warranty didn’t apply because they never corrected this issue. Never again @Ford

@DeanTTraining What is your thoughts on static contraction training just seen a vivideo with Mike Mentzer speaking about it. This calf exercise seems similar but he recommended 15 second static holds.
