Chappell aside, I get why people are upset but as a frequent concertgoer it has never made sense to me why anyone would ever buy a FESTIVAL ticket that is NONREFUNDABLE EVEN IF HEADLINERS CANCEL and pay for travel and lodging just to see ONE artist in the entire (great) lineup?
