So, was the first show SO GOOD, it changed her entire outlook on Halloween for almost four whole months…or was there a “reason” the 25k IMDb reviews of 6.8 got it sooo wrong 🤷🏻♂️ Guardian there, a pillar of unbiased, non “lent on”, and definitely above board journalism
@RichardBentall Remember this?how Boris’s PR told him to slip “my hobby is to paint red London bus models” in to every interview so it disappeared from google?
bet my life private landlords have the highest % of leave votes of any “occupation” <😂. Greed & xenophobia led to brexit, nothing else
@SweatyCritter@monstris @LawAspi Thankfully it was a button shirt on a 103 degree day in Sicily, but you keep “fighting the man” snoops, all power to ya 🫶🏻
@RichesMat @LawAspi It is though, not worked in a retail outlet I guess? Everyone who let you through doesn’t know they breached the insurance, not “knew it but are as I say “decent people”. Forget “The Card” we’ve already established carries as much weight as a letter you wrote
@RichesMat@intergeri @LawAspi Calm down pal. Nothing snidey about it. And who’s hiding?
And any company who do choose to accept it will have had to legally have had their public liability insurance changed to cover it. Insurance is the ONLY issue. Not “oh I must have only met decent humans then”
@RichesMat @LawAspi I have IBS & asked asked my fair share of shops with no public toilets the same thing and been denied every time. You’ve no idea how desperately I’ve needed the loo…pal. I just understand the legalities involved. that card has as much legal standing as a self written note.
@monstris @LawAspi “Facilities being offered must provide equal access to toilets for disabled customers / visitors and employees, to the same standard as non-disabled people.”
They didn’t have public toilets. He’s not an employee. If he went, and slipped, they’re liable. Tell me when I’m wrong…
@Winging_it_13@Mark771114@HonsCupboard Compensation? For them not recognising a card with zero legal standing and refusing him access to a staff only area where he wouldn’t be legally insured? “Reasonable adjustments” doesn’t include breaking the law. That card has as much legal weight as me writing on a post it note.
@DavidBrown1969 @JamesMay1982 @LawAspi Nah it’s not. It’s the equivalent of “telling teacher”, and takes half the intelligence. They’d have had and provided an escalation route but some people would sooner seek social media “fame” in the belief they’re some legal eagle. 🙄
@JohnJohnsonYork @LawAspi @BowdenAesthetic@sainsburys Naming employees on social media is too far. They provide escalation details in store. So why post it? Why the smug “I’ll await your response”? You went the shop, not high court. You’ve agreed it doesn’t mention the NHS, and looks blag. Christ I wish this was my biggest issue!
@BylineTV Why on earth would she have any desire to be interviewed by “bylinetv”. 😂 I sent Paul McCartney an email for a pint, he didn’t reply, but Paul if you still want that pint the offer still stands. Ps. “Journalistic integrity” isn’t baiting on X in the hope of raising YOUR profile.
