@Delta wanted to say thanks for not having our pre-ordered dietary meal on our 7 hour transatlantic flight, was great not having anything to eat the whole way. Also, on the way back from our trip, thanks for leaving us completely stranded at the Barcelona Airport with no help...

@Delta for 7+ hours trying to book a new flight home, being guaranteed we had tickets and our dietary meals were assured, only to get on that flight 24 hours later..and surprise, no meals! 8.5 hours with no food at all.
How do you get away with treating people like this?
