Well thanks to @OntheBeachUK it looks like our group of 10 adults & kids won’t be going on our summer holiday. Their lack of interest in helping us rebook due to the @easyJet cancellations is quite simply awful #worstCustomerService I have ever had the misfortune to deal with

@CMAgovUK I paid my holiday in November 2019 to go away in Aug 2020. Despite countless promises still nothing, they’ve never contacted me once, I’ve phoned & emailed them hundreds of times. Terrible terrible company. I’d like my money back, plus costs to be honest.

@jordanduffy91 @TeletextHoliday When were you supposed to travel? We booked & paid in Nov ‘19 supposed to travel Aug 4th ‘20. First lie I was told was money back within 60 days of departure date & ive been lied to almost weekly since!! Mine is ‘only’ £2600 (that’s they’ve now had for 16 months) interest charge?

Avoid @TeletextHoliday at all costs. I was promised an refund that has never appeared & now they say they’re issuing a credit note that also has never appeared. Zero customer services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS you have been warned!!
