@Xfinity please help us.
🧵
We moved to a new rental house on Saturday, Nov 2, and brought our XFinity modem with us. We hooked it all up and got the orange blinking light.
@TbowlB@XfinitySupport We love YouTube TV. We looked at Starlink but isn’t it $300 for the terminal then like $120/month? XFinity is only $50/month for us (if they show up)
@XfinitySupport It’s now past 9:40pm and we were just told over the phone that a technician will not be coming today and the next available appointment is not until Nov 6.
What the heck?
🧵
@XfinitySupport Each time the representative confirmed the technician was going to come today, Nov 4. One of them even said around 8pm today that the technician was working our issue and would call us within 25mins.
@XfinitySupport I confirmed the appointment yesterday and twice today via Chat. Each time the representative confirmed the technician was going to come today, Nov 4.
I spent over an hour via Chat and on the phone with @XfinitySupport Saturday night just to eventually be told we needed a technician at our house. The appointment was scheduled for today (Nov 4) for a time window of 8am-8pm Pacific.
Shoutout to Inna with Reservations in Boise @AlaskaAir for the terrific support! She went the extra mile and was successfully able to change my flight for free after previously thinking she couldn’t. I wish I could stay MVP Gold forever… ✈️
Hey @joerogan / @JRE_Clips, I’d love to come on the show and explain point by point absolutely everything you talked about with Bart Sibrel. There’s actually very simple and fun facts behind so many of his quandaries that can be good learning moments for physics and science. I’m going through the entire conversation, minute by minute, point by point and will have a full breakdown of everything talked about shortly. If the conversation is engaging and fun, then let’s bring Bart back on and maybe bring on others like @elonmusk or @DJSnM and let’s “debate” if he wants to. @JamieVernon
