For 80$ shorts you would think they would leave the “staple” safety-pin tag and not switch to these cheap looking push through tags.. very disappointing @vuoriclothing
@Delta how do you send a “priority” bag to the wrong country? And then proceed to lose it in said country… great work. Oh and then when a customer asks what now, your response is well i don’t know.
@Delta your customer service team actually sucks. What’s the point of a chat if all they’re going to say is someone will reach out in 30 days to resolve your complaint.
@Delta please explain to me how you send a bag to Paris when I’m flying to Rome.. and then after I alter my travel plans to sit at the airport for the Paris flight you’ve lost my bag..
