I posted something yesterday about how @Meta fucking sucks, but I don’t see it here. My 9 yo broke his $500 meta quest 3 when he dropped it. I contacted @Meta . Their answer was that they would sell me a $300+ refurbished unit. They could not offer a repair option.

I agreed to pay for a repair solution, but the contact at Their @Meta support center wanted to double down on the fact it was an out of warranty repair and not covered. No other options available other than for me to “fio.” I will never buy another @Meta product.

2/2 I am willing to pay for this repair. They refuse to offer me a viable solution but told me I’m on my own. I feel like if @Meta is going to try to grab $ from people, they should have a contingency plan for repair. Another $ grab by MZ. @Meta lost customer!
