@LizzieMarvelly I just lowered my expectations and put her to sleep later. It was fine and much less stress. Didn’t get any time to myself to speak of but was better than the pain of trying to put her to sleep for hours.

Now Nicola Sturgeon??? You can see why the right love to bang on about culture wars, it seems like an amazingly effective weapon to hinder/destroy good leadership. I’m sure there is more to it than the effing terfs but they take up so much energy with their nonsense.

@taramcallister4 Please let anyone know who needs it: if your rented home is "so seriously damaged" it's "uninhabitable", you don't have to pay future rent (it "abates"), and you only have to give 2 days' notice - but N.B. the landlord can give you 7 days' notice. (1/2)
