The 1st email was sent prematurely and the page wasn't set up yet. If you went to the page and it didn't have a button to click go back and look for 2nd email

We've been dealing with @amazon support for the last hour. Issue isn't even close to being solved, but hey we've been transferred to 4 different departments, been told we don't have an active Amazon account even though I ordered stuff while talking to support to prove we do

@AmazonHelp We just spent 2 hours on the Phone. Amazon was no help at all. Problem not solved. The advice given resulted in this... even though we were signed in and could answer every question about the account and went to every screen they asked us to.
