I can't believe na 10 days na akong nakikipagtalo sa @grabph dahil sa lecheng Php50 cancellation fee when it was their driver who refused to pick me up and who ignored my calls/texts.

@grabph Grab should review this policy cause it’s obvious that you’re earning Php50 from your riders - ako makulit. E pano yung mga clients na “hinayaan” na lang kasi Php50 LANG naman?

Grab charged me using my credit card pero Rewards or Wallet ang balik. Parang bumili ka sa tindahan tapos susuklian ka ng candy. Nakaka-pooh tengene diba.

Anyway after finally reaching a live agent, and after almost 1 hour of back and forth, nakuha ko na yung Php50.
