Wonderful experience with @porterit_ today. Pleasantly surprised with the delivery person! Guess what? He was the Product Manager with the firm and he dons the porter cap every week and does the delivery to get the customer pulse. What’s better than this? Well done! 👏👏👏

@IndiGo6E Yeah I know. But runway was Ok by 12noon local time. Every other operator started their flights but you ran out of fuel and man power and made us suffer for 6hrs at the airport and made a shabby arrangement of putting us at the hotel for 3hrs. Mental torture for all of us.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I believe you should be having the worst customer care in India. Two months to resolve a issue and I have to follow up calling your customer service. And every time I get a response that my issue will be resolved in 24hrs. But it’s been 2months.
