I would add poor strategic decision making to the list of contributing factors. The ULCC model lost its viability once legacy carriers introduced their "Basic Economy" fares. Also, bondholders missed a crucial opportunity to either pursue a merger with JetBlue or Frontier during the last Chapter 11 proceedings, or to liquidate the company rather than prolonging the decline. I wish @SpiritAirlines staff the very best during this difficult transition
@imnotharsh Great points. Mr. Tan has done an admirable job so far and it seems like we're in the early innings of the $INTC revitalization story. Hoping for a brighter future for Intel and its stakeholders.

@ThomasPhilipp6@secretlyaninja I think both stocks will likely continue to (slowly) climb until the final hearing by judge Stark on August 18. Gold Reserve may have higher risk/reward as they may end up owning/operating the refineries. Just speculation on my part. Anything can happen.
@secretlyaninja This does not appear to be a serious offer for $RMLFF $GDRZF. They missed the deadline to submit a bid package and only now submit a letter with vague details. I think Dalinar Energy will likely win. Let's see what happens on July 2, 2025.
@Ferrari Stunning. But still doesn't hold a candle to F8 Tributo, the hottest and sexiest V8 Ferrari to date IMHO. Please re-open the F8 production line and throw in an extra 150 horsepower. And take my money now!
Very sad. The DOJ also shares the blame for bringing the case against $save / $saveq and $jblu merger. The ch 11 confirmation plan hearing is set for January 29, 2024. It's unlikely that Citadel and Pimco want to operate or hold on to an airline for too long. Best wishes to all @SpiritAirlines employees and stakeholders
