@ALV550 @Theresa_Chapple A friend of mine had a $1m+ birth. A very premature baby that didn't survive. Imagine paying for years for a child that died. American healthcare is fucked. I had a quick, uncomplicated birth with a healthy baby and the cost was upwards of $20k w/o insurance. My portion was $5k.
