“The semiconductor ecosystem is developing very well in our country, in line with our Prime Minister’s vision of building a comprehensive semiconductor ecosystem. Today, we inaugurated the new semiconductor design center of Renesas. The key highlight of this center is that, for the first time in India, 3-nanometer chips - the most advanced - will be designed here end-to-end."

Builder is under contractual obligations to provide structural stability certificate at the time of hand over of the building. Due to obvious reasons that is not adhered. Diligent flat buyers can't be penalized. The onus must be on builder. @CeoNoida @rituias2003 @ChiefSecyUP
