@yahoomail why do I have to sign up for a subscription service I don’t want just to reset a forgotten password? According to your rep I’ve used yahoo mail for 14 years, but I no longer have the phone number tied to my account so I gotta pay $12 for you to reset it?
@Sears how are you gonna offer to buy online and pick up in store same day then say oh wait you can get it tomorrow after I already paid. Then when I try to call the store nobody picks up a phone, your store is going downhill fast
@Sears There was plenty of time for me to drive across my city and go in purchase one off the shelf and leave but for someone to to the same thing in store would take 24hours? When you try calling to ask about it, not a single dept seems to be able to pick up the phone, pretty sad tbh
@Sears If it’s gonna take up to 24hrs why does it let me pay with the idea I can pick it up today, only to tell me after you have my money that it’s a bold face lie and there is no disclaimer before I complete the transaction.
