Sunday FAITH Post: Feel free to ignore

On a random Sunday morning in November of 2007 I woke up and told my wife

"get dressed, we are going to church"

I had not been in 10+ years, she had not been in 7+ years

We had 3 kids and everything in life was on the rocks

Three months prior, at kids soccer, we met a pastor of a local church on the side of a soccer field - we googled his name and went to his church

We showed up a couple minutes late (nervous) and the pastors wife was standing out front, everyone else was inside.

She saw us from a distance (we drove a lifted diesel excursion... hard to miss) and immediately came towards us.

She said "Ive been praying for your family for months, today God spoke to me about waiting for you outside, so I was. Now you are here, welcome home"

That was 17 years ago - we are still in the same church with a different pastor leading it

My life is radically different
My marriage is radically different
My kids lives are radically different

Its Sunday morning at 7am - maybe today is the day for you to go to Church

Maybe today is your day to give you life to Jesus and live a radically different life of adventure

Maybe today this post is the pastors wife waiting for us outside

Maybe today you randomly go to church

Maybe today... ___________________
