Women always wonder why men are obsessed with a woman's past.

Some even question men's right to know their pasts since men themselves sometimes have underwhelming pasts which are overlooked by women.

But here's the thing:

Marriage is NOT a partnership of "equals"

It's a union of two parties—where one party is the head & the other submits to it.

The man is the former, while the woman takes the latter.

That said, the only "tangible" thing a woman can bring to marriage is her loyalty. And a very strong indicator of one's loyalty is one's past.

You can't gauge the ability of a person to be loyal without first looking at the traces of that in his history.

A servant who cheated his former master will likely cheat his current master.

Don't get it wrong. If you're married to a man, you automatically submit to him, as a servant would.

There's no equality in marriage:

• He pays your bride-price & takes you from your father

• You come under his authority & take his name

• You give birth to his children & they also take his name

• He takes care of you & his kids

• Protects you from imminent danger

• His opinion/approval is sought in crucial matters

For all these to happen, it means you're NOT his equal.

So more loyalty is expected from you as a woman & that loyalty can only be determined by your past.

A woman who has seen more cocks than a poultry farmer can't be sexually loyal to one man. No, loyalty doesn't come with the title "Mrs".

She'd always compare her partner to her exes, much to his chagrin.

This is why men always frown on a lady having a high body count.

On the otherhand, the past of the head doesn't matter, it's only his present & future that matter,i.e, his ability to lead (provision of physical, mental & financial security) & continued leadership in the future.

That is the most important thing required of the head. Any other thing is an icing on the cake.

Women subconsciously know this & it explains why they find it easy to forgive a cheating spouse. A thing that men NEVER do.

This aptly shows that the loyalty expected from both are not the same.

This thread seeks to explain why as a woman your past matters to men & why heeding to woke, degenerate cultures like "body positivity", "sexual promiscuity" & so on, won't do you any good in the long run, especially if you intend to settle down.

HERE'S THE THING: Careers influence the characters of women, which is why it is important to also vet a woman based on her career or field of education. And this may sound backward till life teaches you a very harsh lesson. Below are some major careers/area of study & how they shape women's behavior

Politicians - avoid women in politics, they're crooks. Due to the nature of the political environment itself, politics is about interests & the politicians are quick to shift their support/loyalty to whatever serves their interests. Don't be shocked if she ends up sleeping around with whoever serves her best interests. Politics to be more specific power, corrupts the mind

Lawyers - to be more specific they should be called liars, that whole profession is based on the ability to lie convincingly. Why would you trust someone who lies for a living. The day she is done with you, she will lie convincingly against you & leave you hanging dry

Engineers & Doctors - these ones have a mission to prove that they can do whatever a man can do. A woman is supposed to "complete" you not compete with you. They're out of touch with their femininity, by competing with men, they become masculine. Their whole characters are centered on their profession, e.g they will always refer to them as Dr or Eng be it in real life or social media

Accountants - to be more specific women in the finance sector, they have an unhealthy appetite for money than the average woman. And women who love money tend to be materialistic. Materialistic women are hard to satisfy, she will always demand more

Journalists - this is a profession based on gossip, spreading information be it fact or false as long as it suits the narrative. And they will do anything to get the latest scoop. At the same time, always think of that time when the relationship ends, what kind of information do you think she will spread about you?

Nurses - let's just say those night shifts won't end innocently as she would want you to believe. These ones have a license to cheat, get ready to raise kids that aren't yours

Psychologists - these ones are good at avoiding accountability, they will always have a perfect excuse to rationalize their actions. You will never ever hear the word "sorry" from her. You don't want to be with a woman who thinks she's always right & she's never in the wrong. Anytime you try to raise a point or express yourself, you'll be counselled

Secretaries/Personal assistant - one way or the other we all know how this story goes, they always end up sleeping with their bosses. Why not? Instinctively women are attracted to power & her boss will have so much power over her, as he commands her entire day. She is more fearful of her boss than her own boyfriend/husband

In hospitality - to be more specific those who work on ships & airplanes, daily she gets to opportunities to monkey branch. The reason why women love travelling so much is because of new experiences. And new experiences means new pistols

So does it mean all women in these professions are bad? No, but at the same time again, the exception does not make the rule. One is always free to experiment. So what professions/fields should one try to pick from above others

Agriculture - that whole profession is based on this fundamental principle NURTURING, if it's crops from a seed till it's harvest & if it's an animal from it's birth to it's death. Observe your own woman, if she doesn't love basic gardening, that is a red flag. Gardening highlights a woman's ability to nurture

Teachers - to be more specific those who deal with kindergartners & primary school kids, it takes femininity to deal with young children. Young children are a nightmare, they're all kinds of troublesome, it takes a great deal of taping into femininity to deal with them. Which is why it is very important for you to observe how your woman is towards little kids, is she warm or cold

WHO BENEFITS FROM MARRIAGE?
He's 68 years old.
Retired pensioner.
Worked all his life to raise his kids.
Deprived himself of life's pleasures to pay expensive school fees and living expenses for his kids abroad.
They are now well-off in Europe and America.
His wife, 60, has relocated to live with her kids.
He's alone back in Kenya.
His kids barely call him.
He now has to start life all over as a bachelor.
He struggles with high blood pressure and other old age ailments.
How long more would he survive alone?
This is the reality for most working class men. Their old age is usually lonely and in many cases, sad.
Try as you may, women love their kids more than their husbands, no matter how good the man is. The older he gets, the less use they have for him.
Tell me then, what do men benefit from marriage?
They sacrifice so much but get little recognition for the hard work. The woman reaps all the benefits as the kids are often closer and more affectionate towards her when she becomes old.
As a man, know this. Your kids are your wife's children. You are only helping her raise them.
When last did you speak with your father? But a week wouldn't go by without hearing from your mom.
What is a man's gain when he sacrifices so much but gets little or nothing in return?
Well, that's patriarchy. It demands the man literally gives up his happiness, pleasures, resources and life for women and children.
Just make enough for your old age, just in case.

And the craziest part of it all is the narrative that is driven about broke men, that they're either lazy, stupid or irresponsible. This is farther from the truth, because no man is ever at peace being unable to provide, be it for his parents, siblings, relatives, woman or children

Every single day he feels disappointed in himself. He will do anything to change his financial situation - take any kind of job be it risky or embarrassing. Take any kind of disrespect just so he can earn some money

Because every man as Chris Rock said knows, "Only women, children & dogs are loved unconditionally. A man is only loved under the condition that he provides something"

Without money he knows, his parents feel let down, his siblings belittle him, his woman disrespects him, his children are embarrassed by him, his friends use him & he is irrelevant in society
