@UnmitigatedGoll @tapintomacdfs @rationalyankee This is the issue. Its the requirement for eye contact. Just state batter must have both feet in box by 8 seconds. Its his responsibility to be attentive by then. Pitcher may start getting set once batter is in.

@agreatbiglark @rationalyankee He disengages because the pitcher is already set when he looks up. The pitcher is not allowed to come set until batter makes eye contact. That is the entire point of his arguement.

Easily remedied by MLB just changing the rule that batter needs to be in the box by 8 seconds. Readiness is immaterial and on the batter.

@BlorfGuy @Nutzypoo_ttv Its honestly impossible to throw people out even with pitch outs and slide steps. Unless the runner gets a horrendous jump they are always safe. I've been using campanella for months with diamond fielding perk and I dont think I've thrown anyone out yet.

I've sold everything aiming for ohtani first and in still 200k away.
