CBOE has filed the Canary Staked SEI ETF 19b-4 with the SEC.
This @CBOE filing initiates the @SECGov’s formal review process of the Staked SEI ETF, joining ETH and SOL as one of the few staked ETF digital assets at this stage.
Regulated access to SEI is accelerating. ($/acc)
Just had word from Michael Kong at FTM on Multchain situation
He said:
- FF and multichain teams are completely separate from one another.
- FTM was never issued or maintained by multichain, so wFTM, FTM on opera, and FTM Erc-20, are not affected.
- This does not appear to be a normal “hack”. As the funds have not moved from the attacker’s wallets at all into anything else. All the indications appear that private keys were used to move funds to certain wallets and nothing more.
- We are continuing to investigate and trying to get as much info as possible including from the multichain team.
Hold up a second, this isn't as bad as headline. The key paragraph is deep in story. Basically SEC wants them to name the "crypto exchange" and give more details on SSA. That's understandable, arguably good news. I was under impression they'd have to update that as well.
