Not one of those heads expressed condolences when an employee died or committed suicide due to workplace pressure. But the moment government gave a whip, they all started singing the same tune. For government, it’s an all-out push to contain the fallout from #BankStrike
Demoralizing work environment + zero implementation of agreed #5DayBanking + arbitrary PLI matrix = total breakdown of employee morale in PSBs.
Irony dies a thousand deaths when flawed schemes are labeled "motivation."
Honor signed agreements. We demand

What value does an agreed Industrial Understanding hold if its implementation can remain indefinitely pending ??
Will this structure of recognition not divide the workforce??
We don’t want favours. We want fair, transparent & equitable PLI for all.

India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.

The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.
Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.
We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

The sheer willpower of youth has triumphed! Huge applause to the dedicated students whose massive turnout against the NEET paper leak forced the Education Minister's resignation. This proves that unity defeats corruption & honors true hard work. Kudos to everyone who stood firm!
