This angle gets me, where he’s just kind of standing there soaking it in, then sees his daughter and smiles, then instantly melts into tears … whew. Hell of a run, 35.
What a privilege to be tired from the work you prayed for. What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by growth you used to dream about. What a privilege to be challenged by a life you created on purpose. What a privilege to outgrow things you used to settle for.

To all the young people hustling, trust me on this piece of advice.
“You can have everything you want in life, just not at the same time.”
Example — you’re 22, you have your health, all the energy in the world, your parents are in your life, everything is good besides your “career”.
You neglect everything to chase your career, make money, or whatever the case is. By the time you achieve it, most things you had at 22 are not longer around.
Your parents are older or may not even be around. Your siblings are onto their own life’s. Things you should’ve spent more time on earlier you fully neglected due to one goal.
Once that one goal is achieved, you realized you missed out on some of the most important times of your life that you can’t get back.
Point of the story is, don’t get so blinded chasing this one thing “money” that you neglect everything else.
Life has different stages, enjoy each stage as much as possible.
Most learn this when it’s too late.
Pay the taxes of life gladly. Not just from the government. Annoying people are a tax on being outside your house. Delays are a tax on travel. Haters are a tax on having a YouTube channel. There’s a tax on everything in life. You can whine. Or you can pay them gladly.
