@bt_uk please can you help, our internet went off yesterday, firstly had a text that there were some problems and it would be fixed by 5pm, then got a text saying it would be Tuesday at 5pm. I need internet for work today and tomorrow so this is an absolute nightmare. Thank you!

@BandQ @whistoncarpets Is this a lie though- I received an email saying my order was ready for collection only to be turned away at the store because I haven’t had a phone call (no mention of this in said email)-so that’s one unnecessary trip out already today!!

@My_Metro how do we make a claim-my boyfriend lost £20 in the machine at Chillingham Road and the help tannoy said there was “nothing you could do because it is out of service” - this is ridiculous- no out of service sign, this is a lot of money for us to lose!please help!
