@bt_uk please can you help, our internet went off yesterday, firstly had a text that there were some problems and it would be fixed by 5pm, then got a text saying it would be Tuesday at 5pm. I need internet for work today and tomorrow so this is an absolute nightmare. Thank you!
@BandQ@whistoncarpets Is this a lie though- I received an email saying my order was ready for collection only to be turned away at the store because I haven’t had a phone call (no mention of this in said email)-so that’s one unnecessary trip out already today!!
@bandq_help ordered for click&collect last Thurs got email yesterday saying click&collect order is ready to collect-got to store and turned away they say I have to wait for a phone call!If you can’t provide the service, don’t take my money!will have to make another trip out now!

@pizzahut so annoyed! 2 hours since we ordered our pizza online and now the Washington branch has stopped answering calls. Completely unacceptable and won’t be ordering again! Will we even get our food????? 😡👎🏻#shouldhavegotdominos

@My_Metro how do we make a claim-my boyfriend lost £20 in the machine at Chillingham Road and the help tannoy said there was “nothing you could do because it is out of service” - this is ridiculous- no out of service sign, this is a lot of money for us to lose!please help!
@thetrainline why have I not received a refund for my train that was cancelled due to bad weather on 3rd March? I applied for a refund the next day and have heard nothing!
