This claim is logically false. Either you believe in the Quran and what is said in it, which implies that the one who revealed it is truthful (and therefore did not lie). Or you think that the one who revealed it is lying, which implies that everything in the Quran is not true (including this statement about the aorta). In either case, choose a position: you will still be wrong.
