@Uber Was charged a $40 cleaning fee for dog hair. First, we asked the driver if dogs were okay & he said yes. I have never had an Uber driver who has ALLOWED my dog in the car to charge a cleaning fee. Second, your policy states that anything that requires vacuuming is only $20
