What happened to the SOGIE Bill? 🌈

The SOGIE Equality Bill was about to be sponsored on the senate floor, but Joel Villanueva referred it to the Committee of Rules. He successfully trapped it in perpetual limbo. Since 2000, it’s been 26 years since the SOGIE Bill was filed.

@Given06yt Papunta na dapat sa senate floor kaso kupal si Joel Villanueva. Dinala sa Committee on Rules niya so it got stuck in limbo. Di naman daw kasi priority ang SOGIE. Tapos si APC at Marcoleta, todo delay din gamit ang religion. At syempre walang katapusan na fake news, ano pa nga ba?
