@Bigdawg_Fly @StephenCurry30 He is a horrible leader. If he isn’t he did an amazing job of never letting a single thing go public, thru all the green issues, KD, Poole etc it seemed he never picked sides and just let everyone else handle things. Doesn’t take away from his play.

@jealousfis18750 @RokGuidess The amount of “new” accounts are just cheaters and Smurfs. I cannot tell you the last time I ran into someone new, either in person or in game, but on a daily basis I hear a lot who are boasting about smurfing or cheating accounts. They need IP ban but they’ll never do it

@td_nash I’d still like to say Kobe, the dream was nasty but it will always get at me where was he for all the other years? He owned his first chip as the leader but his second Clyde was a huge part of that then everything fell off. Pau was never on Clyde’s level. Kobe is 2nd best sg

Always a great to hear from a former employee who’s doing good it started when I hired him when he was down and couldn’t find a job. You teach the way people learn and what motivates them. I can’t take all the credit, he showed up with effort everyday I just opened the door.

@xThyQueen I remember a comment from a dev a few years ago that said something along the lines that experience would make people work harder to keep playing more. It’s frustrating for sure, I typically only play ranked with friends but even then the stacks are nasty in east lobbies

@xThyQueen Most players only excel with certain teammates and a majority were carried to their rank. It baffles me how I typically get 2 people who 1v3 fights, don’t even do damage or very littleare in diamond while I’ll get stuck on a run of losses being the best player and I shouldn’t be

@BetsVirginia Regardless of context or what actually is happening a leader/coach should never show this type of behavior in public towards and employee. Coaches set the tone. Clearly they both have more issues that aren’t being addressed in private.

I’m so proud of my team. Not only did one of the top sales rep in my market struggle and not lose faith but the team picked up the slack. Behaviors and chemistry create consistency that’s unmatched. I will die on this hill that my bottom performer is a top in any other store.
