उन्होंने उत्तर प्रदेश में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 कानून बनाया था जिसके तहत उत्तर प्रदेश में चलने वाले हाल एक रेस्टोरेंट ढाबा के सामने बोर्ड पर मलिक का नाम दुकान का नाम लाइसेंस नंबर तथा वह शाकाहारी है कि मांसाहारी यह लिखना अनिवार्य किया था

तब किसी को पीड़ा नहीं हुई थी

उसके बाद 2011 में मनमोहन सरकार ने पूरे भारत में जागो ग्राहक जागो अभियान के तहत यह कानून बना दिया कि हर एक रेस्टोरेंट हर एक ढाबे पर फर्म का नाम रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर मालिक का नाम और स्थानीय निकाय से रजिस्ट्रेशन जैसे कि नगर निगम का प्रमाण पत्र इत्यादि ऐसी जगह पर लगाना जरूरी है जिस पर ग्राहक की नजर पड़े

लेकिन तब ना यह सांप्रदायिकता मानी गई ना यह नफरत माना गया

@Sudhasahu12 @Sudanshutrivedi एक छोटी सी हिंदुओ की मदद इतनी बुरी तरह चोट दे रही है, ये ही सच्चाई है। 99 प्रतिशत मुस्लिमों ने बीजेपी को इसलिये वोट नहीं दिया क्योंकि वे सबका साथ चाहते हैं, उन्होंने सबको राशन और सुविधा दी। उस समय बीजेपी को उनके कार्य के अनुरूप वोट नहीं दिया पर अपने धर्म को महत्व क्यों दिया

@Sudanshutrivedi बिल्कुल सही है, अब अगर इसको implement नहीं किया तो मुस्लिम समुदाय भारतीय जनता पार्टी से और दूर हो जाएगा। लोकसभा चुनाव में उन्होंने ये दिखा दिया कि बीजेपी उनके लिए कितना भी करे, वो बीजेपी को वोट नहीं देंगे। नाम बताने के इस निर्णय ने उनको भी गहरे में चोट दी है। पूरे भारत में करें।

I was refused slips at booth saying that my name is not in the list. Person at Shipra Suncity denied me twice. I said, I have spent Rs.15000 to fly from Mumbai and I will not leave without voting, he gave the slip. He was acting selfishly. This happened for the first time for me.
