Writing this cos dealing with it over the past week has been a nightmare.

On Sat Feb 19, I took the 7:30am @FlixBus_USA_CA to Toronto to catch a flight from YYZ. The driver put my carryon, which had almost $2000 worth of my stuff, in the storage. When I got off my bag was gone.
