I am asking Tshwane residents for five more years.
✅Five more years to create more jobs and opportunity.
✅Five more years to deepen investment and grow our economy.
✅Five more years to rebuild infrastructure and improve service delivery.
✅Five more years to strengthen safety, restore order and uphold the rule of law.
✅Five more years to build a government residents can trust again.

When we say the Zulu Kingdom is a world within a world, we truly mean it. The majestic Hluhluwe Game Reserve, Africa’s oldest protected reserve, spanning 96,000 hectares was once King Shaka Zulu’s preferred hunting ground.
This could be you and your loved ones tracking the Big Five alongside our knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate field rangers. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the entire ecosystem and its delicate balance.
The reserve is also home to the Game Capture Museum, where you can learn about the pivotal role played by Bab’ Magqubu Ntombela, mentor to Dr Ian Player. Together, they were instrumental in saving the white rhino from the brink of extinction. Remarkably, every white rhino found in the Kruger National Park and even outside of South Africa traces its origins back to the Zulu Kingdom.
We can’t wait to host you #SoMuchMore #LetsGoWild
Education really is one of the few things no one can ever take away from you. In South Africa especially, it has long been seen as a pathway to dignity, opportunity, and resilience. Even when circumstances change, education stays with you..it sharpens how you think, how you adapt, and how you rebuild when needed. Let’s encourage our Youth to study…

About 🐘🐘
So, there was a situation in Hluhluwe Game Reserve where some elephants were taken from the Kruger National Park. Upon arriving, they wreaked havoc ie chased tourist’s cars and even raped Rhinos. They were menaces.. The Biodiversity Conservationists had to sit down and device a strategy. The solution was to go back to Kruger National Park and translocate the Matriachs to Hluhluwe. ( Elderly Female Elephants)
Just like a typical teen growing up in a child headed home, where there are no rules, the young elephants behaved badly cos they were separated early from their parents. So, what happened is unbelievable.. The Matriachs are now in Hluhluwe, every morning they woke up and located the rowdy ones, to teach them good behaviour. This exercise took about 6 months, and they were taught discipline until they were the straight and narrow, behaving normally.
The elephants that were brought to teach the young one’s discipline, were then translocated to Kruger, while the young ones remained and they were now well disciplined. As much as this was a costly exercise, it helped to mitigate the risk of them repeating the behaviour. Even during the musth season, young elephants aren’t allowed to mate infront of the elderly ones. That act is punishable, as a result they go wild and destroy as their testosterone is high leading to the urge to mate. During that period they can be extremely aggressive as they are horny and frustrated, with their Fifth leg exposed for everyone to see.
Always watch for these signs
. Secretion from the eyes like tears
. Wetting themselves ( the smell is putrid)
. Flapping the ears ( sometimes they flap then when it’s hot to cool off)
Tips. Don’t switch off your car, always be 50m away
No human being can outrun an elephant. An elephant can chase you from Nongoma to Kimberly, they never get tired.
If you happen to do any Safari / Big 5 experience, just ask any Field Ranger to share some insights about elephants. You will be shocked by their capabilities.
Our second stop tonight is at a nightclub owned by a Nigerian national who was formally issued with a notice of closure due to serious non-compliance.
Instead of respecting the lawful instruction of the City, the owner deliberately reopened the establishment and left a young girl to operate the nightclub on his behalf.
This is a clear act of defiance and an attempt to evade accountability. Such conduct will not be tolerated, and it further aggravates the seriousness of the offences committed.
