@walmarthelp A specialist emailed me and clearly didn’t read the information. I responded and received an automated email saying the email address isn’t monitored. I’m over this back and forth. I’m just going to place my order with @Target. They have better customer service anyways.
@Walmart, opened a OnePay CC to place a Black Friday order (~$200), but the payment isn’t going through. Called @OnePay & @synchrony, they said the CC was active. Called Walmart CS & was told I can only use the card for electronics, not household items. Is that correct?
My internet has been going out every night this month and I reach out to @OptimumHelp@optimum via X. They tell me a technician will need to come out for service and I may be charged a $80 fee for service. Why would I pay for something that doesn’t work…?
@AskTarget Hi! I have called that number and have a case number assigned but they haven’t been helpful. Said they recommend to deactivate my account. Does @Target want a customer who goes to their store almost on a daily basis to deactivate their account? #Target
I’ve had the worst experience with @Target customer service. My account was hacked into and the hacker used all my gift cards.
I was told other than changing my passwords, only other thing I can do is deactivate my account & lose Target Circle and remaining gift cards. #Target
I use the @Target app on almost a daily basis. I’m literally in tears that the hacker spent $277.35 of my gift cards that I was saving for a large purchase and now I’m SOL since #Target can’t figure it out.
