It is not valid to open the institution without consent and opinion of the outstation students. The reopening of the University will result in large hordes that could be unsafe. Students should be offered the option to continue classes in hybrid mode.

Option is given to universities and colleges to conduct classes in offline, online and blended/hybrid mode.
Outstation candidates must write to their concerned universities and colleges to provide classes via Hybrid mode.
