Since the constitution doesn’t mention Bloemfontein as the capital city why do we still say it is the judicial capital when the seat of the judiciary is in the constitutional court in Johannesburg. The sca is below the concourt

@bocasho_braaf Technically it is if you consider that the highest court in SA is not in Bloemfontein but it is in Johannesburg thus making it the judicial capital but somehow Bloemfontein is still keeping that title
