This year's #AntiBullyingWeek key message is "One Kind Word" so our school has pledged our support and has been buzzing with activities surrounding the theme of kindness. The ABA team have been running the "Be Kind Buzz" game, created by some of our Y12 DT class. #OneKindWord
To start #AntiBullyingWeek, we want to remind you that being bullied is never your fault. Under any circumstances. We know how difficult it can be. Please reach out for help, talk to someone you trust and be gentle with yourself. The world is a better place with you in it.
Do you struggle with getting a good night's sleep? Sleep hygiene refers to healthy sleeping habits which can improve our overall quality of sleep. Good sleep hygiene is essential as we know a good night's sleep can improve mental and physical well-being.

Grooming is where some people form relationships with young people to use them for their financial gain through drug dealing or to participate in sexual activities.
