❤️🇺🇸A beautiful sight in the midst of tragedy in Mona, Utah. Community members and neighboring fire agencies lined the street as Lydia Vernon returned home after her mother, stepfather and three brothers were killed in a flash flood.

Friends tell me Lydia had been living out of state while earning her nursing degree, which she recently completed, and had been staying near her father in Kentucky. She grew up in this Mona neighborhood and came home to an empty house, but also to a community filled with love, support and people ready to lift her up during an unimaginable time.

Spencer and Katrina Long and their 3 sons died in a flash flood in Wayne County, Utah.

@reneehwilliams I do and I won’t. Cause I can assure you the girls wearing just a sport bra and leggings or shorts go to the gym and simply mind our own business and get a good work out in. All while wearing a cute set. And the of course getting the occasional gym selfie in.😉

@reneehwilliams And I also do that. And there is simply nothing wrong with that. If you go to the gym a lot you understand the gym community is not a place where we place judgement. It’s a place an understanding because we are all going through something.

@darthcaro I know but I think sometimes we forget how long it takes some people to get pregnant… so the whole “having children while we are young” concept doesnt really work when people have been trying for 5+ years …

Life update:
•Celebrated 5 years with the love of my life.
•Went to Vegas for our anniversary and was surprised with eating dinner at Hell’s Kitchen.
• Adding a new little addition to our family come, November. 💙
