WORST EVER SERVICE PROVIDER 🤬🤬
If you're looking for great service don't choose @virginmedia . Wait 45 minutes to be told they will have to call you back, then they don't. Constantly put you on hold so they don't have to deal with problems.

@virginmedia I've been trying since 7th January. Finally get through after another 45 minute wait call handler tells me they will have to call me back in 10 minutes... that was yesterday at 1.45pm... maybe Ofcom can help.

finally got through after 45 min wait, to be told they would ring me back in 10 minutes... that was 3 hours ago.
Told don't call back, we'll ring you. Ringing since Jan trying to resolve problem spent 6+hrs on phone 🤬🤬
