@British_Airways cancelled BA 1394 on 18th July. called to amend it. Wait 50 mins- sorted and confirmed availability then told to speak to AVIOS team. Transfer to another queue - 50 mins go by. Get cut off. Start again wait 1 hour then cut off again - disgrace. Never again.
