@RoyalCaribbean admitted my Jewel of the Seas cruise fell below its standards but refused a refund. They offered only a 15% Future Cruise Credit. I canceled my next cruise. As a person with IBS, my medical dietary needs were not accommodated. They refused to make them right.
Why is @RoyalCaribbean offering me 15% of my next cruise when I canceled my cruise for September and I had all these issues. I told them I will never cruise again do they not care about their passengers after sailing?
So Royal Caribbean does not care anything about their guests at all Jewel of the Seas was the worst experience I've ever had. No Refunds on anything just excuses @RoyalCaribbean
@RoyalCaribbean Spoke with Escalation Advocate Lyn and Elaine no help from my horrible cruise on 6/5-6/8. After I said I will NEVER sail with them again they offered me 15% off my next cruise they told me "That its part of the process" WOW they care nothing about the customer

Your app is just as horrible as it was before. All news keeps spinning out a quality app for once geez. This app should not even be allowed on the App Store
