@HMRCcustomers please help, I have been waiting for a tax refund since 26th December. I understand it may have been delayed due to the bank holidays over Christmas but it’s now over 3 weeks.
It just says pending and payment has not went through yet. How can I get my refund soon?

I contacted customer service over the phone and they said they will get back to me in 8 weeks!???

@TUIUK My flight from Manchester to Montego Bay on Sunday was disgusting. Plane was not cleaned thoroughly enough especially the gutters. Had a similar situation in August. Having to sit here for 10 hours is unacceptable especially with the cost of the holiday. Please do better

@boohoo_cshelp returned my parcel on 28th December and no update on its location. It is still showing as received at the parcel shop however it has definitely been collected for return. Can you help find this and process refund? Thanks

@dhlexpressuk I left instructions to say my parcel can be left at the door. No signature was required so why has my parcel not been delivered because no one was home. This is extremely disappointing
