Central West Apartments was completed earlier this summer. This community is a 65-unit affordable apartment community located at 2nd South and 5th West in Salt Lake City. Residents are able to choose from studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments.

In 2017 Artesian Springs was completed. It is a 244 unit community located in Millcreek, Utah.
Amenities include a fitness center, business center, basketball court, picnic tables, fire pit, tot lots, luxurious pool and cabana, hot tub, 4 level parking garage and clubhouse.
