i sent 500++ manual cold emails for my first ai youtube thumbnail tool with hyper personalized email, revamped each youtubers thumbnail 1 by 1 before emailing them,
result after months of grinding:

- 1 paid user ($29)
- 1 youtuber threatening legal action bc i used his face in ai without asking (ye its my bad, idk about legal, but I learned a lot of legal after this before making a saas)

whats the worst way a cold email ever backfired on you?

@mufasaYC modular packages are honestly the biggest cheat code for claude, it could prevent hallucination, and saving tokens aswell cuz ai wont read a lot of unrelated codes. did it nail the macOS window and menu states on the first pass too?

@larsbuilds definitely super valuable, every time an AI hallucinates on few files, a dev who can actually read the stack trace can save it. are you seeing junior devs skip learning the debugger completely?
