Governor @HonKangata has gone beyond rhetoric by personally demonstrating the My Murang’a App, a tool that puts services directly in the hands of citizens. This is transparency, efficiency, and people‑centered governance in action. Other Counties must benchmark this innovation. Devolution is not about building empires, it is about empowering wananchi with accessible, accountable systems.
