Go read the transcripts. NCAA barely even put on a case, acted like they were above the proceedings, were very flippant about the whole thing and when they did make an argument, it was an emotional one like you would expect in a jury trial, not a legal one like you would expect in an injunction hearing.

Kessler was more prepared, respectful, had facts and experts. Just mopped the floor with them.

I respect your opinions, but you continue to repeat the falsehood that Sorsby’s injunction was granted by a local judge insinuating it was shady. Just a reminder, the original judge recused himself because he had ties to TT, and the judge who made the ruling was not from Lubbuck.

It’s not fair to Brendan Sorsby or the folks at TT to continue repeating false information. It’s also not fair to the judge who made the ruling.
