@ouraring please help me out. This is a a huge bummer for me because I loved my ring and wanted to remain a customer… But if the issue can’t be resolved then at least give me my money back on my subscription. 😭

THREAD: This past Saturday my @ouraring Gen 3 just stopped charging out of the blue, so I reached out to their customer service. Through their tests and diagnostics, it was confirmed there was an issue with the battery. Their proposed resolution was a $100 discount on a new ring.

I said if they really didn’t want to give me a subscription refund then the only thing that would solve this is a free restored ring. I told them I was just not comfortable paying for another. It has been over two days and I have yet to hear a response from them.
