-one workout done as a group everyday

-at least 5k steps at first but will differ once days go on

-cal limits & diets can be chosen once made or the weight can be loss however you want.

- meanspo and other spos allowed
- weigh ins EVERY Monday + additional body check is encouraged if comfortable
- be active whenever you can
- 3 binges leads to getting kicked so more people can be added
