@SHGames On Xbox ranked play is punishing players for a glitch. Kicks you from the game when trying to load in. This results in a suspension and loss of SR. This has not been acknowledged let alone addressed. Please communicate the status of this with your community.

@BoZe This has happened to me 4 times today. I’m on a 2 hour suspension and lost all my SR @Treyarch @CallofDuty

@SHGames Have attempted to play ranked near 5 times now. Every single time without fail I am disconnected from the game just before it starts and receive a penalty. I have lost all of my no SR loss games and have suffered a total of 48 minutes worth of suspensions. Please help.

@CODUpdates Fix your game please. Have received a total of 48 minutes in suspensions purely from DC’s. Haven’t been able to play a single match today. I’m on Xbox series X and ranked is the only game mode I’m experiencing this issue on. Please resolve this.

48 minutes total of suspensionctime because #CallofDuty ranked mode is broken. Love trying to play the game I love and then get sewered because of a broken game. @ATVIAssist fix this.
