Striking is a plyometric.

You need to throw less medicine balls and landmine punches.

Stop punching with bands.

Instead…

Start performing upper body plyometric work and hitting bags that weigh hundreds of pounds.

I actually developed increased striking power over a long period of time because I’ve been doing this my whole life properly.

I have made more improvements in this than anyone else that I know if I’m being honest.

Even the top famed professionals in my industry have this wrong because they were gym rats first and martial artists second.

I always trained with the intent of combat performance first, and only adopted from strength conditioning what translated.

My methods did not take fitness protocols that were popular and tried to justify them for sport like many coaches, who took an interest in MMA by the time they were already an adult.

We have tested over many years a power punching program that will be released soon.

I can promise you it is the BEST striking explosiveness training tool on the Internet.
