@HELBpage @HELBpage then when you overdeduct, purpose to refund the loanees in good time. My overpayment refund has been "pending approval" for five months now. This will not end just like that. There's no way the "system upgrades" can last for that long. My emails to you go unanswered.

@HELBpage @HELBpage and deductions from salaries should cease immediately a loanee pays the last coin. In an event an overpayment payment is made, reimbursement should be immediate. Not waiting for approval for more than four months like I have done.

That's the fairest thing to do.
