@tfwrail Thank you for you apology Owen, it was the service between Dingle road and queen street, this morning the 8:35 was delayed then broke down at central then the 17:56 this evening was cancelled.

@tfwrail I do appreciate your replies Owen. And appreciate improvement but months of dangerous uncomfortable travel is unfair when we have no other option. Just one more carriage in the morning would make a huge difference. I plead you add another carriage to the penarth morning service

@tfwrail Appreciated Owen. I have severe panic attacks on most of my train journeys, but have no other option to get to work. Doing this twice day is draining me. Also I haven't seen any refurbished trains yet, just ones with louder speakers and less seats. We need more carriages first

@tfwrail Could you not ask conductors to keep heating turned down at peak times?

@tfwrail Every train I get on I ask for it to be turned down, however I was unable to move to get to the conductor. Conductors have it turned up as they are on the trains all day, however we come from walking in the cold with our full coats and scarves, we dont need it to be on high!

@tfwrail with the multiplex ticket am I able to buy a carnet from Dingle road to Cardiff bay. Catch the train from the bay to queen street in the morning then continue the journey from queen street to penarth in the evening?
